Therefore, a select group of Regimbeau's European Patent Attorneys have examined the diverse legal framework of the future unitary patents and the UPC, of which the Central Division will be located in Paris. This second edition takes into account all the recent developments of the initiative since the ratification of the provisional application protocol (PAP) in January 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThe implementation of the Unified Patent Court will radically reshape patent filing and litigation strategy in Europe. This is the most significant change in the intellectual property sector in decades.
