Although it has always risen to challenges and demonstrated its dynamism, it is now crucial to maintain our efforts, as the field of intellectual property is evolving at an increasingly rapid pace,\" said Emmanuel Potdevin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emmanuel Potdevin is an engineer graduated from the \u201cInstitut National du Nord\" and is a qualified French &amp; European Patent and Trademark Attorney. He also is a representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and is listed as a mediator with the Paris Court of Appeal. With over 30 years of experience, he advises clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations on all aspects of intellectual property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emmanuel has been involved in numerous disputes, particularly regarding counterfeiting, and has extensive experience in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office (EPO).
