Increase in official fees in Argentina on December 1st, 2023

We have been informed by our correspondents of an increase in official fees before the Argentinean Intellectual Property Office, effective December 1, 2023.

Many fees will be increased, often significantly.  

For patents, certain fees will increase substantially, in particular: the request for accelerated examination of the patent application and annuities. For these services, you may wish to anticipate payment of the corresponding fee in order to avoid the forthcoming increase on December 1.
