Paris, 05 September 2017 – After Estonia on August 1st, 2017, Lithuania has ratified the agreement on the unitary patent court on August 24, thus being the 13th and 14th states having ratified the agreement respectively. We are looking forward to the developments this Autumn in the United-Kingdom and Germany to know when this agreement will enter into force.
